Refund policy

All items are refundable or exchangeable if returned within 5 days of receipt and are undamaged. Unfortunately, RAVESTORE.CH does not offer free shipping on returned goods. Any goods we deem damaged after delivery cannot be refunded or exchanged. Fans are delicate by nature so we cannot be held responsible for accidental damage caused if carried around without their protective bag or box. 

For security reasons, refund cannot be made for items purchased using free shipping without a tracking number, as no delivery can be proven.
In this case, our company is ready to take responsibility for sending the goods again at the buyer's expense and only using paid delivery with a tracking number.
