Shipping policy

We aim to deliver your purchase as soon as possible! Our fans, hoodies, t-shirts, and sunglasses are shipped within 3-5 working days from receipt of order confirmation. All other products are shipped within 5-7 working days. We ship from Switzerland & Germany. Please notice that all orders are only shipped when the item is in stock and not in pre-sale.

We only use certified services for ALL our parcels as this is the only way we can offer you proof of postage and safe efficient service. Certified and tracked mail takes approximately 5 to 7 working days (sometimes longer) to European addresses and from 14 to 21 (sometimes longer) working days to international addresses. 

Please notice that we only currently use Swiss Post & DHL. It means that the tracking option can only be provided by choosing DHL Shipping.

Delivery in Switzerland - 0 CHF - 9 CHF (for items less than 2 Kg.)
Delivery in EU - 0 EUR - 14 EUR (for items less than 2 Kg.)
Delivery in the USA and the rest of the world is 17 EUR -30 EUR (for items less than 2 kg)

That means shipping:
DHL Fast Shipping (with tracking #) - 3-7 working days (recommended) - We overtake the costs of the delivery and you can track the parcel.
DHL Priority Shipping (with tracking #) - 1-5 working days (recommended) - We overtake the costs of the delivery and you can track the parcel.
Fastest Shipping - Die Post Swiss (with tracking #) + Protection box - Your order will be packed and shipped in 72 hours with a tracking number and protection carton box to save your items.
